Our mission is to mentor 3rd grade through 12th grade black male youth in becoming the cornerstone of education, financial success, security, spirituality, and strength in our communities. We offer safe place services, mentorship, leadership, advocacy, motivational speakers, tutoring, counseling, and scholarship guidance. Our organization will mentor all youth and make a difference in their lives.

At RARE-9 Jaguar, we offer mentorship and leadership development programs for black male youth. Our mentors are dedicated to guiding our mentees towards their goals and providing them with the necessary tools to succeed.
We believe in advocating for our mentees and providing them with the support they need to overcome any obstacles they may face. Our motivational speakers are here to inspire and empower our mentees to reach for the stars.
We offer tutoring and counseling services to help our mentees excel academically and emotionally. Our goal is to provide our mentees with the resources they need to succeed in life, including guidance on scholarship opportunities.
