The Rare-9 Mentor/Mentee workbook is a training tool utilized by The RARE-9 Jaguar Mentorship Program. The RARE-9 Jaguar Mentorship program is based on over thirty years of observation, clinical, educational & hands-on experience. This comprehensive workbook is the cornerstone of the RARE-9 Jaguar Organization's mission to provide a safe and nurturing environment that fosters mentorship, leadership, advocacy, motivational speaking, tutoring, counseling, and scholarship assistance. The essence of this workbook is to outline how applying specific theories and frameworks aid in the guidance of encouraging black youth/teenagers to feel empowered and free with a sense of freedom to embrace positive self-esteem as they travel through a world of racism, discrimination, and bullying. This Premier Mentor/Mentee Program training tool is thoroughly explained and includes examples of handwritten and mental exercises, sample program intake forms, a Business Plan Example, and other helpful information. Moreover, this Rare-9 Jaguar Mentorship Program training tool can be embraced by Single Mothers, Parents/Guardians, School Systems, DJJ, DSS, and Mentor Businesses.
